Vicki and I are pleased to compliment the RV Superstore for the help and service you have provided during this last year. Your parts department has been efficient and we still tell the story how you sent a mobile unit to our RV site at Terrible's Lakeside RV Park to do a small recall work on our Norcold refrigerator. You saved us the trouble of unhooking and driving in while helping us get a $50.00 gas card for the whole process. Such a deal!
We have really appreciated the time and effort that Gary Rurans and Will Terry have given us in our effort to purchase a new Dutch Star from you. You have let us drive the vehicle, photograph it, measure it, bring friends to see and open it for any request we had. Your official response to our purchase offer was straight-forward and right on target. We also noted how willing you were to take care of any little (perhaps picky) details we wanted fixed on the vehicle. This all makes a big difference on how we felt.
Living in Pahrump (Artesia) we and many of our neighbors feel most fortunate to have your Superstore come to our town. Those of us who own Newmar products feel especially good about having your excellent service in our backyard. We like your family attachment to Pahrump and your "hometown" attitude. This is the best experience we have ever had buying anything. Will, Gary and Brian and the whole staff is nice people and know their stuff. They went above and beyond to help us get the best financing and interest rate. The walk thru was very informative and professional.
We have to say the entire staff at RV Superstore from sale to service will go out of their way to make sure you are pleased. We would strongly recommend RV Superstore for buying a motor home, service or parts. They are the greatest.

I can start off by saying I LOVE my RV. I am a female customer and had Gary as a salesman. I was impressed by his knowledge as well as his easy going nature. There was nothing high pressure about this sale. I knew this was the RV I had been looking for. The RV was totally checked out and I was shown every aspect of operation before taking delivery. I would like to share my experience with the staff of the RV Superstore, and most especially with their service technitian Dave. On two recent occasions, Dave has not only recommended the best performing products for my 5th wheel but also has completed the installations in a very knowledgeable and professional manner.

My wife and I took delivery of our third Newmar motor home from the RV Superstore in Pahrump, Nevada. It was quite an effort as the ability to obtain reasonable financing by the manager took some time and much effort. Their efforts were finally successful!
We wanted to tell you how pleased we were with the buying experience at the RV Superstore. It was in fact, the best buying experience we have ever had from any dealer. The management managed to make us feel we were dealing with a close friend who had our best interests at the forefront of each and every step of the process.
When I arrived to pick up the new coach, the preparation was excellent and the walk through was done with a Service Department representative who made absolutely certain I understood each component of our new coach. At the end, the Service Manager came out to make certain I was satisfied with the effort and gave me his direct telephone line and told me to call him with any questions I might have later.
The owners, managers and staff of RV Superstore are simply "nice people" who also happen to be most professional. They are excellent representatives for Newmar and when the time comes for us to take delivery of our fourth newmar motor home, we know where to go.

We saw an ad on Craigslist for a beautiful looking trailer at a great price. We called Gary at RV Superstore and told him we'd like to take a look. We live in Las Vegas and decided to drive out right away. When we were about 20 minutes away, Gary called us to let us know that although he had someone call and make an offer to buy the trailer over the phone, he turned him down because we were already on our way there. When we got there, Gary took us straight out to the trailer and showed us around. We loved it and I am happy to say we bought it. :) On top of already loving the trailer itself, in addition to loving the great price that was advertised, completing the sale was the easiest, most hassle free purchase I have ever made. No back and forth on the price, no tricks and added expenses, nothing that I have previously experienced with any type of automotive or recreational vehicle dealer.
When we called before coming out, my fiance asked what the price would be icluding taxes or additional fees and Gary gave him a quote down to the dollar. When he drew up the paperwork, it was the exact amount that he quoted us. The entire financial part of the transaction to less time then it did for us to look at the trailer!!
Lastly, although the trailer looked to be really clean, they are going to go through it and clean it again, as well as check for any potential issues. Then when we go and pick it up they will give us an hour with a technitian. We can ask any questions and he will show us any and everything that we need to know!! This is a fabulous place, no pressure, no hassle. I would (and already have) recommended them to anyone. The service that you get here is well worth the drive from Las Vegas!!

We would like to share with you the wonderful experience we had with your dealership and service department. From our first meeting of your sales staff, Kevin and Gary, then on to meeting William to negotiate the deal, we found all steps in the process very professional yet easy and comfortable as we never once felt pressured. We felt like family working on a family effort to bring to fruition that which we both wanted. We had a wonderful sales experience.
As we live over 400 miles away, the delivery of our coach required considerable phone calls beforehand, all of which William personally received and answered any questions that arose on our part once we got back home. Your professionalism is commendable and your attitude is that which is hard to find in a sales environment. As we had to wait to take delivery of our coach for aproximately 4 weeks, you reassured us that everything would be taken care of. When we met your technical team we saw the pride in their work, we had no reservations that this coach was being treated as if it was their own. We would like to thank that team of John, Vince and Dave for their patience, expertise and outstanding work. As for Cathy, who handled all the paperwork and many questions / requests, she is a gem who shares equally in our wonderful experience at RV Superstore.
Newmar is very lucky to have you as a dealership and we hope they recognize it. We watched as Monico made an excellent effort to have your dealership move to their brand. We hope that Newmar recognizes that Nevada and nearby states need a dealership of your quality, expertise, and most of all, the family values that is so much a part of the Newmar Corp.
